What's going on at the Parkville Carney Festival

Parkville Carney Festival is held on the parking lot of St. Ursula Church at 8801 Harford Road at the corner of Harford Rd. & Putty Hill Avenue.  General Activities are located on the Harford Road side of the lot and the car show is held on the adjoining lot to the rear of the church.

There is no guest parking ON the St. Ursula Church lot for this event.  ALL guest parking is across the street behind St. John's Lutheran Church.  Vendor parking is behind St. Ursula School. A free shuttle,  will be available to vendors from 7:30am-9:30am and to the general public from 9:30am-3:00pm.  Lots are accessible at NEIFIELD AVE, at the blinking light just north of the event.  Please note that there is no crossing guard and the crosswalk light does not change to stop on weekends.  FOR SAFETY: USE THE CROSSWALK AT HARFORD ROAD & PUTTY HILL AVENUE if not using the shuttle bus.  

LIMITED HANDICAPPED PARKING IS AVAILABLE AT THE BACK CHURCH LOT. FOLLOW THE BLUE SIGNS. ENTER ON PUTTY HILL AVENUE

 Pets are not allowed.  We are discouraging people from bringing pets to the festival. The size of the crowd is still unpredictable, there will be animals that are up for adoption there. It is probably not a good idea to bring any pets.

Admission into the event is FREE!  We have vendors who will be selling crafts and food.    The games in the Kids Zone do have a ticket fee.  Tickets for the games in the Kids Zone may be purchased and used for all games. Game prices vary from $1 - $3, and we also offer an "all day play" bracelet for $10.  Ms. Dee's Balloon Animals are also free to all. 

We are offering some free entertainment at the event.  The Shining Stars - a senior dance troup will perform at noon, there will be a large martial arts demonstration at 1:30.  Music will be provided by a DJ .   Meet some real "characters" from Star Wars! (appearance is tentative)
